Chicago Motor Cars opened a second location and says they work hard for customer trust

Chicago Motor Cars is a leader seller of exotic high-end automobiles, with a multi-million dollar inventory of luxury cars and motorcycles.
The high-end inventory was the backdrop for the gala opening of Chicago Motor Cars' second showroom, billed as "Driven to Success." The dealership's owners, Parin Shah and Frank Sacco, welcomed guests to a fun-filled evening to celebrate the occasion, a gala event featuring fine food from local restaurants, a fashion show with the work of cutting-edge Chicago designers, a 19-piece jazz band, and a silent auction that raised money for worthy causes.
Chicago Motor Cars built its successful business through a commitment to one hundred percent customer satisfaction. Frank Sacco said they have worked hard to gain credibility and trust from its customer base, and that is something that they will never take for granted. "We will always work for it," he said. "We plan on being here forever."
The two Chicago-area showrooms have a combined showroom space of some fifty thousand square feet, and they are filled with some of the most beautiful and eye-catching automobiles in the world. "These guys are stars!" one customer raved. "The environment is exciting, with eye candy everywhere. Any car enthusiast will get lost in one hot car after the other. The cars are very clean and well represented."
Chicago Motor Cars was launched in February of 2004 with a minimalist, two hundred thousand dollar investment. That investment has paid off handsomely, as the dealership now does a hundred million dollars in revenues.
One of the keys to the success of Chicago Motor Cars is its online presence. They work hard for customer trust: they have received Ebay's Top Seller Award for online car dealerships. Some car buyers have approached the concept of buying a car online with skepticism, but their experiences with Chicago Motor Cars has made them believers.
"I just finished remotely purchasing a BMW X3 from these guys," one Chicago Motor Cars customer said. "I'm in Alaska and these guys are in West Chicago. This could have been a logistical nightmare, but the Chicago Motor Car staff covered all the bases for me."
The dealership's continuing commitment to one hundred percent customer satisfaction is proving over and again that selling cars online is a strategy that works, when it's done right.
