First, Arnaldo received his Bachelor of Science degree from Adelphi University located in Garden City, New York in 1976. He then moved on to pursue his medical degree from first Columbia University in 1978, and then finishing at-remove the University of Rome School of Medicine and Surgery.

Arnaldo Trabucco’s first year of residency was spent at Brookdale Hospital Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York training in general surgery. As a general surgeon resident, he gained a vast amount of experience dealing with trauma in very hands on situations. After his first year, he spent his second year of residency at St. Mary’s Hospital in Waterbury, Connecticut, which is a Yale affiliate. His third year was spent at the prestigious University of Nebraska Medical Center where he was awarded with the title of Chief Resident in 1987.
