Living the Good Life Just Got Easier with Palmetto Place Condominiums

xCelsior Ventures, LLC has acquired 51 condominium units at Palmetto Place, a condominium project located in Berkeley County near the intersection of Clements Ferry Road and Jack Primus Road. The acquisition also included 8.2 acres, slated for future development. According to Jon Foege, xCelsior’s Sales and Marketing Director, “Charleston is very attractive to us because of the continued job growth and the dwindling supply of high quality affordable housing.”

“We have been looking at the Charleston market for some time and recognized that Palmetto Place has as good as a mix of amenities, lifestyle and as much access to coastal living as any community in the area,” added Jon.

xCelsior has already begun renovating the existing 51 units. The units offer floor plans ranging in size from 975 square feet to 1,358 square feet in one, two and three bedroom layouts.

With special financing programs available, interest in purchasing these one, two and three bedroom units has been strong with many current residents, prospective homeowners and investors pre-registering for the opportunity to buy one of the limited number of available units.

Sales efforts begin this month and reservations are currently being taken by contacting Julie Cunningham at 843-864-9111 - [email protected] or by visiting their website Palmettoplacecondo.com.
