Charlotte, NC, January 22, 2014 -- RanyZany.com, a new website selling children’s rainboots and umbrellas, was launched Wednesday (Jan. 22, 2014) by a Charlotte couple based on an unmet need which they found in the marketplace.

“When shopping for rainboots for my boys, I found it difficult to find something that was playful to meet the needs of the kids, yet still stylish and unique,” said Eugenia Vartenisian, who with her husband Brent Vartenisian founded Vartenisian Ventures, LLC, to launch RanyZany.

“Inspired by other online stores launched by young couples, we decided to look into starting a new business focusing on kids’ rainboots and umbrellas,” she added. “We worked with a wide circle of friends and family members to identify patterns and colors which would appeal to a large number of people, and we found a manufacturer who was willing to make the boots and umbrellas the way we wanted them, including our own brand name.”

“As a mom of two I strive to make everyday a fun day for my kids – even the rainy ones!” Eugenia explained. “There is something exciting about putting on a cheerful pair of rain boots and puddle-jumping away! To see those carefree smiles is the best reward!
