Terry Nance of Sacramento is an experienced security expert who has forged a career with ADT Security Services for the close to 15 years. Currently, he is a Business Process Manager where is responsible for developing and analyzing strategic and operational goals while overseeing a large team of employees and managers.

He has proven to be a driven individual whose ambitions have kept him climbing the ladder at ADT. He has shown an excellent willingness to learn which has seen him develop essential skills such as organization, leadership, prioritization skills, and man management. Additionally he is very adept in developing and analyzing operational and strategic goals that impact his team members and their employees. Prior to his current employment with ADT, Terry Nance of Sacramento served in the US military. He was a US Marine for four years from 1993 to 1997 until he was honorably discharged in 1997 after having completed his service time. He joined the US Department of State and immediately became an asset thank to his foreign security knowledge. With the US Department of State, he was responsible for managing multi-million dollar security upgrades and supervised US Naval personnel and maintenance schedules for 17 US embassies along the western African coastline.
