A major part of infrastructure for designing any community is the management of waste water, which requires consideration of everything from storm drains to groundwater, and raises concerns for both the environment and human and animal health. It’s something that Randy Allen, developer, considers anew each time he begins a new real estate development project.
“Every new community of single-family homes presents new challenges insofar as waste water management and infrastructure is concerned,” explains Randy Allen, developer. “There’s a lot to consider to make sure that our residents have the best possible quality of life in their new community.”
But Randy Allen, developer, is prepared to meet these challenges head-on. In fact, in 2009, one of his companies, R.A. North Development, Inc., received an award from the American Council of Engineering Companies for the design of a waste water treatment plant. “We have designed and constructed two of these facilities,” reports Randy Allen, developer.
Indeed, Randy Allen, developer, is no stranger to the difficulties of large-scale real estate. “Because our developments are large communities, we have to take on a number of the considerations that a city planner might,” explains Randy Allen, developer. “Where will our community’s waste go? How do we manage providing utilities to each home? The end result should be seamless. We want to create an infrastructure that works so well, it’s invisible to our residents.”
No small task, but Randy Allen, developer, brings his 35 years of expertise to the job. In fact, Randy Allen, developer, and his colleagues at US Housing Investments, have overseen construction of 24 housing developments in 7 US states from Texas to Virginia, each with its own unique amenities and infrastructural requirements. Randy Allen, developer, was proud to receive recognition for the work he’s done, but said that there is something that matters even more. “Awards are great,” said Randy Allen, developer. “But at the end of the day, what really matters is that residents are happy.”
Randy Allen, developer, is pleased to announce that the residents of the communities’ he has developed report an excellent quality of life.
