Since 2012, Melissa Brown has led Giact Systems Inc in Dallas into new market segments and expanded the company's market opportunity. She has broadened the company's industry alliances, and established new selling, partnership and sales channels. Before founding Giact Systems Inc in Dallas, she held other management positions with technology companies in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Melissa Brown also spent more than fifteen years working in the healthcare industry.

CTO Merlin Bise has an exceptional track record of technical improvement. He is known for his ability to quickly identify customer requirements and translate them into new product features and services, which increase revenue and customer satisfaction. "Our customers are important to us," he says. "We never treat a customer as if they were a number."

Merlin Bise has spent more than thirteen years coaching youth basketball and is closely associated with the Texas Fire basketball team. He considers it a privilege to coach youth basketball, because it gives him a chance to instill his players with values and habits that will be with them for the rest of their lives.

One of his goals as a basketball coach is to keep practice sessions fun, while at the same time teaching fundamentals of the game. He does this with practices that challenge and motivate the players, and also keeps them engaged and entertained. He keeps things interesting by mixing up the drills, bringing in new ones and getting rid of those that seem boring or ineffective.

During his years as a basketball coach, Merlin Bise has coached recreational and select teams, and has won national titles with his select team.
