Great Food Live presenter Ed Baines is the chef and co-owner of Randall & Aubin, the hip 'n' happening champagne and oyster bar in Soho.
Ed began his career as an apprentice at The Dorchester under Anton Mosimann, going on to work at such landmark restaurants as Bibendum and the River Cafe before opening and becoming head chef at Daphne's in South Kensington.
