In 1939, there was the second World War, and he also survived without being injured although once again many people lost their lives.
Fast-forward, 2020, 100 years after the Spanish Flu pandemic and over seven decades after the Second World War, and this man has once again survived another deadly pandemic, the Coronavirus.

Most people who have died of Coronavirus are elderly people from 70 years and above, however, at 101, this man is still alive although his country, Italy, was once the epicentre of the pandemic.
All we can say is that he is an embodiment of grace and we hope he survives in the coming years.
