Jason Rozacky is the Executive Director of Security and Emergency Operations for the firm, JR Consulting based in Boerne, Texas. He currently has over 20 years experience in corporate-security consulting and was able to build JR Consulting from the ground up in 2009.

Using his legal contacts from his past career as an outstanding and decorated police officer, Jason Rozacky was able to develop contracts for investigative projects, provide expert testimony, physical risk management, asset protection, and information security to corporations in the state of Texas. He is an excellent leader with a vast experience in training security professionals from peace officers to SWAT team members. He has certifications in health and safety operations, HAZMAT regulations, as well as various Emergency Operation certifications.

At JR Consulting, Jason Rozacky specializes in conducting comprehensive security assessments of corporate compliance measures and operations. He monitors adherence, reports deficiencies to senior management, and initiates appropriate corrective actions. Through his past career as a highly decorated police officer, he has developed the security skills and know-how to assess, train, and implement the best security strategies unique to each client of JR Consulting.

Despite his experience in the corporate security field, Jason Rozacky is also an expert in the other side of the corporate realm as well. He currently has a Master's degree in Business Administration, Master of Management in Public Administration, a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Education Human Services, Organizational Leadership, Business Administration, and Justice Administration. He is a detail oriented individual with excellent problem-solving skills and extensive market-research experience. He has the ability to work well with teams, has his security training will attest to, and under strict deadlines. Jason Rozacky can develop and maintain company client relationships while expanding to new business prospects.
