His fondest of those memories are from the summer months when he would spend days on end playing in the Brooklyn streets. Him and his friends would ride their bikes; play stickball, stoopball, and kick the can, and cool done when there was a nearby fire hydrate.

Brooklyn also taught Oliver Carcano about the importance of a strong work ethics, what it mean to money, and to respect your elders and treat others the same way you would like to be treated. His mother installed this mindset into him at a young age. She never missed a day of work regardless of the circumstances.

Oliver Carcano went to the Cleveland Institution of Electronics where he received an education in Basic Electronics. He graduated from the Cleveland Institution in 1989. In 1997, he finished training at the International Correspondence School in Scranton, Pennsylvania where he was educated on Air Conditioning. In 2009, he graduated with a 4.0 GPA from the Lincoln Technical Institute where he studied Refrigeration and Heating.

He spent 12 years working for local transit authorities as an electrician and a repair technician. He handled maintaining, replacing, and repairing mechanical components in locomotive cabins and the heating and cooling systems in subway cars. He spent another three years as a field technician, repairing high-end washing and drying machines.
