Nathan Patrick Pramik is currently celebrating 14 years of success as a commercial real estate investor and professional with Atlanta, Georgia-based Resource Real Estate Partners. Pramik became interested in commercial real estate shortly after graduating from college. (Pramik is a former Division I college athlete.)

Today, his interest in commercial real estate has extended far beyond acquisitions and sales. Nathan Patrick Pramik has made a name for himself at Resource Real Estate Partners as a go-to authority on every aspect of the commercial real estate industry.

“I have a passion for knowledge that can’t be quenched,” said Nathan Patrick Pramik. “When I invest myself into an interest or a field of study, I want to know everything that there is. It’s never made sense to me why some people only desire the bare minimum information. If you only know just enough to get by, then you’ll only ‘just get by’ in your career.”

Over the last 14 years, Nathan Patrick Pramik has worked in acquisitions, dispositions and investments, sales, property development, leasing, market analysis, advising institutional and private investors, equity placement, joint venture structuring, debt placement, marketing trends, and daily strategy execution.

“I find commercial real estate to be a fascinating industry, and Atlanta is a very interesting locale for me to explore all the facets of commercial real estate,” said Nathan Patrick Pramik. “Atlanta is an old city, rich in history, but it’s also undergoing some major changes. When I started with Resource Real Estate Partners in 1999, the Summer Olympic buildings were several years in the books, but the energy from that burst of activity was very alive and well.”

“Several years later, of course, came the market crash,” said Nathan Patrick Pramik. “Commercial real estate in our city was badly hurt, though maybe not as badly as the residential market, which suffered some of the worst blows in all the country. Today, however, Atlanta is singing a different tune. I guess you could say we’re on the up-and-up again!”
