Lauren Trotnow became an entrepreneur at a young age. When she was 22, she invested in her first real estate investment property. Lauren Trotnow recalls that first step taken in faith with pride. “I never let anyone rain on my parade. I knew it would take hard work, but I was determined to get there,” Lauren Trotnow says. Trotnow Construction, LLC and Loren Michaels Properties, LLC are two of the successful businesses Lauren Trotnow co-founded and is a Managing Partner of. She still believed she could do more and wanted to do more.

Lauren Trotnow is a big fan of fitness. She loves physical challenges and the rewards they bring you. She wanted to combine her love of business and fitness. In 2012, Lauren Trotnow started out as an Independent Promoter with the company. She quickly rose up the ladder of success by becoming Presidential Director in just over one year.
