Working with his hands is something that Chad Kienholz has always enjoyed. The challenge of putting something together and shaping it into a recognizable and functional form has appealed to Chad Kienholz throughout his life. As a young man, Chad Kienholz worked alongside contractors doing odd jobs and helping to pay for his expenses. Through this experience, Chad Kienholz began to realize that construction and contracting work were a viable career path that he could take and enjoy.

As Chad Kienholz began his professional career, he worked with a variety of contractors to gain experience in the field. Chad Kienholz enjoyed the work but was not a fan of having to answer to others and take orders from management at the construction firms with whom he was employed. Chad Kienholz also saw the appeal of owning his own business. Having the ability to set his own hours and choose his own clients appealed to Chad Kienholz and, as a result, he began to work toward obtaining his license as an individual contractor.

As a licensed contractor, Chad Kienholz is now able to work in any capacity dealing with residential construction or remodeling. The license is proof of Chad Kienholz's competency and ability to handle projects. Chad Kienholz is excited for the new business that will come in as a result of his accreditation.

Chad Kienholz sees the acquisition of his contractor license as a reward coming to him after years of hard work. Perseverance has always defined Chad Kienholz and his career as a contractor is not excluded from this. When asked about the new license, Chad Kienholz was very excited. “I am thrilled to have my contracting license,” Chad Kienholz explained, “because it means I can go into business for myself. I have wanted to focus on remodeling and rebuilding work for some time and having my own business means I can pursue that dream to the best of my ability.”

Chad Kienholz's newly licensed contracting business should grow quickly as a result of his hard work and leadership. Chad Kienholz knows that it is important for his work to back up the license and plans to work hard to prove his worth to the community.
