“Jonathan Drew Keller went to school with plans of going into business – he just didn’t know what kind of business,” said a longtime friend of Jonathan Drew Keller’s, 1993 University of Maryland graduate. “He didn’t really imagine in 1993 that he would be heading into the financial market for a career, but he’s glad he did,” said the friend at the recent University of Maryland reunion of graduates in Sarasota, Florida.

“It’s funny – I remember Jonathan D Keller from college,” said former classmate Sam Tedesco, “and I remember how he was always listening so carefully to what everyone had to say. In the classroom, at the student union, wherever, he was always listening to people, finding out what they wanted in life.” Those very skills have served Jonathan Drew Keller very well.

“Looking around at all these fellow graduates, I really am proud of the education I received from the University of Maryland. The professors, the program and my fellow students really did prepare me for my future in Wealth Management,” said another former college acquaintance of Jonathan Drew Keller.

Jonathan Drew Keller attributes a lot of his success to his Alma Matter. A survey of the room of graduates revealed that all felt the same way about their individual experiences at the University of Maryland.
“I don’t think Jonathan Drew Keller would have discovered how much he liked listening to people and working with people if he hadn’t minored in psychology. It really did prepare him for his future,” said 1993 University of Maryland graduate.

Jonathan Drew Keller was taken aback when his fellow graduates called him to the stage to honor him for his recent granting of a 5 Star Wealth Manager of the Year award in the Sarasota community.
“He’s done us Terrapins proud – he really has,” said Sam Tedesco. “I think it’s pretty amazing how much he goes out of his way to serve the community of investors in Sarasota.”

It is the service to his community, which landed this University of Maryland alum recognition amongst his peers, his fellow alums and the entire Sarasota community. Jonathan Drew Keller is the embodiment of the University of Maryland motto “Fatti maschii, parole femine” or to put it in English “Strong deeds, gentle words,” according to Sam Tedesco.
