Cally Jayne Christensen has always been a very hard working employee. Regardless of what job she is currently working or what the task at hand may be, Cally Jayne Christensen has always been famous for putting forth her absolute best effort. Cally Jayne Christensen organized a team of people where she works and started a campaign to help United Way of Central Minnesota. Cally Jayne Christensen assembled a team of dedicated individuals and set out to help United Way of Central Minnesota in a big way. Cally Jayne Christensen chose 20 people to be on her team, as well as worked as the Co-Chair of that particular committee. Cally Jayne Christensen was responsible for budgeting the campaign, project management, volunteer coordination, and even special event planning.

This is a lot of responsibility for one person to handle; however it proved to be no problem for Cally Jayne Christensen. Cally Jayne Christensen welcomes a challenge, and when she heard about United Way of Central Minnesota needing a new campaign, Cally Jayne Christensen rose to the challenge. In the end, Cally Jayne Christensen and her team were able to generate a 212% increase in donations for United Way of Central Minnesota, which is a huge accomplishment. For their efforts, Cally Jayne Christensen and her dedicated team were given the “2012 Best New Campaign Award” by United Way of Central Minnesota.

In addition to being a hard worker for United Way of Central Minnesota, Cally Jayne Christensen has also made a strong effort to work hard for her company, ProSource Billing Inc. Cally Jayne Christensen is currently working in the Training & Development area of ProSource Billing Inc. Cally Jayne Christensen is completely responsible for helping new employees settle into their positions. Whenever a new employee comes on board at ProSource Billing Inc., Cally Jayne Christensen is responsible for coaching this new employee and providing them with corporate training. Cally Jayne Christensen even continues to develop these employees so that they have a high level of accountability and performance. Cally Jayne Christensen will continue to work very hard at her position at ProSource Billing Inc.
