Ariunzaya Tsogoo is reaching out to young women to offer words of encouragement and guidance in today’s society. Working hard to be a positive role model, Ariunzaya Tsogoo wants to reinforce values and self-worth in young women everywhere. “I feel like we are living in a time where young girls feel like they need to strive for perfection in all areas of their lives. But these girls need to realize they are perfect in their own skin,” she said. Ariunzaya Tsogoo works in the entertainment industry and knows the expectations that are placed on women, so she wants to speak out to combat these unrealistic objectives. “The media often portrays women as flawless,” Ariunzaya Tsogoo states, “But I want to be a role model that girls can look to that is genuine and nonfictional.”

Ariunzaya Tsogoo wants to mentor young women and help them gain self-worth. “Self-esteem is so important and it is something that women of all ages are lacking. Once you establish your own self-worth, you will see your own unique beauty. It took me years to figure this out myself, but once I did, my life changed for the better.” Ariunzaya Tsogoo encourages young girls to acknowledge their self-worth so that they are not vulnerable to the negative feedback that is often presented in society.

Ariunzaya Tsogoo speaks about her childhood, when she battled much insecurity. Ariunzaya Tsogoo acknowledges that it was through the building of her own self-confidence that she was able to grasp her self-worth. “When I was younger, I was not confident and was very uncertain of myself. I always compared myself to others and obsessed over what I viewed as imperfections in myself. But one day, I realized everyone battles these insecurities. Everyone has moments of vulnerability. Through that realization, I realized I am perfect the way I am and I am proud of the person I have become. I want to help young girls come to this realization and overcome any lack of confidence they may possess,” states Ariunzaya Tsogoo.

Ariunzaya Tsogoo will continue to serve as a leader and mentor to young women in society. Ariunzaya Tsogoo maintains confidence while staying humble, which works as an ideal model for girls. “When you embrace who you are, you will find an inner peace. I hope everyone will one day find that contentment,” says Ariunzaya Tsogoo.
