Larsen and Toubro Company abbreviated as L&T is an engineering, construction and manufacturing company whose stocks surprised everyone and showed their potential by having a look at its stock prices on Thursday. Out of the total gain of Sensex, L&T gave one-third of the total gain to it. In points, it contributed 162.82 out of 485 points to BSE Sensex. The stock was the biggest gainer of Sensex and nifty on last day. After the drop in stock prices of the company in July 2015 analysts recommended investors to sell out their stocks and now in the current scenario after a high gain to the company, stamp of buy has been put on the company stocks. In mid-February 2016 the company stocks were downtrend and touched the level of 1,016.5. On Thursday, the stocks gained handsome amount of points and closed at 1472.60 which is 45 percent more than the last drop and made the analysts to change their recommendations. An analyst who track the companies is aware of each up and down of the stock prices and its easy for them to observe the future changes but as per the analysts reviews some days before about the company stock was not as per the current scenario this can be the result of the pressure on them to recommend frequently rather than wisely. Analysts projected 4-5 percent of the company earnings but 14 percent earnings on Thursday made the investors richer by Rs 14,500 crore on a day itself. There were many broking points in the last one year and it's not easy to stand out nearly from the bottom to a such great height, which made the analysts and the investors too to wonder upon.
