Zachary Biddle, a freelance entrepreneur, crowdsourcing enthusiast, a motivational leader and a social worker, recently revealed a research essay on the importance of understanding optical illusion. The essay titled “Optical illusion – a new perspective on your everyday life” has a refreshing take on the everyday objects that people see.

This revelation was carried out at an event hosting one of his motivational sessions. It was conducted at the end of his speech and saw high enthusiasm from listeners and the press alike. Closely following it was the announcement of the next venue and dates for the following session.
Biddle, a well known motivational leader in the US, had earlier announced that he would be publishing researched essays on different topics. It would include areas covering from health and wellness to personal development among others.

Already known for his researches in the field of health and diseases, he also plans to find a cure for sickle cell anemia. The plan is to find a process that modifies red blood cells against the sickle-shaped effect. It is expected to be a breakthrough in the field as there are no dedicated researches in America to get a cure on the genetic level.

In support of the plans, Mikel Biddle said, “Sickle cell anemia affects approximately 80,000 of Americans every year. In the absence of proper research, the blood disorder will continue to transfer from one generation to the other.”

Furthermore, he added that he aims to get a solution that helps restrict it to the person concerned and does not affect the coming generation.
Additionally, he is also working towards the treatment of water bodies polluted by industrial waste. His focus is on one type of toxic pollutant – hexavalent chromium. He says that this hazardous compound forms a chain of toxic substances that harm aquatic life and the nearby settlement. Its solution includes a mechanism that filters the water for hexavalent chromium, thus, making it free of this toxic composition.

Other areas of work that he wishes to research on include the effectiveness of teamwork. A keen and able team leader himself, Mikel Biddle is further set to publish the results of his investigation into newer challenges that surface while working with the team. The research work aims to improve team performance through strategy implementation.

With entrepreneurship as his core field of operation, he is building links to become an imminent point of contact between startups and angel investors. Besides, he also plans to expand his crowdfunding venture by releasing invitations for people who want to get connected with this noble cause.
