Trevor Patzer founded Little Sisters Fund in 1998, a non-profit organization that focuses on educating girls in Nepal and protecting them from sexual abuse, child labor, and child marriages.

 
Trevor Patzer served at HPL Properties located in Indonesia, Bhutan, Maldives, Singapore, and India. He also worked at COMO Hotels and Resorts and Episcopal High School, Alexandria, VA, as an Assistant Director of Admissions. His key job is to conduct interview, recruit, evaluate, and select students for admission. Apart from this, he was also a member of the financial aid committee, Head rowing coach, student advisor, and taught a 2-week senior seminar on WWII. He taught Psychology to 25 NH High School students as a summer intern in 1996. Before joining Episcopal High School, he did numerous jobs as a consultant in Boston, MA.

Trevor Patzer is a founder and executive director of Little Sisters Fund, a non-profit organization that focuses on educating girls in Nepal and protecting them from sexual abuse, child labor, and child marriages. He founded this organization in 1998 and since then, he is handling the growth, PR, development, and all fund initiatives of the organization. He not only managed the endowment, but also raised more than $3.5M. He is a hardworking individual and his responsibilities include supervising 6 full-time and 30 part-time volunteer workers in Nepal and handling over 400 scholarship accounts. He also manages foundation grants that amount to more than $500,000 annually. As education is important to make societies and lives of individuals better, Trevor Patzer aims to offer hope, opportunities, and future to poorly challenged girls in Nepal. He is dedicated to making a difference in the lives of poor girls with the help of educational opportunities.

From 1989 to 1992, Trevor Patzer attended St. Paul's School, Concord, NH. St. Paul's School is a widely popular co-educational, boarding school, which is affiliated with Episcopal Church. This school is a member of the oldest independent school athletic association in the US. While studying, he captained varsity cross-country running and skiing. He completed Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from highly prestigious, Brown University and led business re-engineering and design courses as a teaching assistant. He enrolled at University of Virginia, Charlottesville, VA for pursuing his Masters Degree in Educational Administration in 1996. He received St. Paul's School Distinguished Alumni Award for Leadership and Outstanding services in 2005.
