Shy Azoulay is a Las Vegas based real estate investor/developer who has helped thousands of people build wealth through real estate investing. Whether your interest lies in buying, selling, selling, rehabbing, or flipping properties, Shy can assist you with it. He started his journey in the field of real estate back in 2005 by working with a noted company, named GenX Capital Realty & Mortgage. During his more than two years of service with the company, he learned a lot about customer service and also proved himself as a valuable asset for them. His role in GenX Capital Realty & Mortgage was that of a call center supervisor for which he was responsible for guiding clients about various mortgage options according to their needs. Along with that, he also provided training to the staff.

Shy Azoulay is a well-qualified professional with a BA in Comparative Literature (emphasis: Hebrew, Minor: Exercise and Health Science) from the University of California, Santa Barbara; and an M.S. degree in Exercise and Health Promotion: Performance Enhancement and Injury Prevention from the California University of Pennsylvania/NASM. He has also done a UCSB Athletic Training Internship Program from the University of California, Santa Barbara.

About Shy Azoulay

Shy Azoulay is a NASM (PES) Performance Enhancement Specialist working independently in Las Vegas since September 1999. Currently, he is also serving as a Senior Managing Member at Wellness International, LLC. Other than work, it is his volunteer work, charitable endeavors, and extracurricular activities that keep him occupied. His interests span across Kickboxing, Self-Defense, Martial Arts, Ju-Jitsu, Literature, and researching on Movement Science (biomechanics and physics). Azoulay has also volunteered for ‘Spirituality for Kids Outreach Program’ – Los Angeles Kabbalah Centre in the past. The program provides positive character building activities and games for inner-city children of four years and older.
