The well-educated, well trained and high profile business executive Tim Hornibrook has taken up a new challenge as a full time agricultural investment professional. Pursuing his education in Sydney at the University of New South Wales, Tim later studied in New Orleans at the Tulane University. After education, Tim Hornibrook served as an executive director. After this stint, Tim Hornibrook worked as a director of a fund management group that primarily focues on agriculture. In addition to this, Tim Hornibrook handled areas such as product development and management. As a part of product development, Tim was involved in various phases of the process including testing, identifying new product candidates, considering new candidates, defining product requirements, gathering the voice of the customers, high level scoping and defining new products, determining business case and feasibility,converting new products within the company, etc. Tim was also built product roadmaps and technology roadmaps. Tim was responsible for developing all the products on time as per the given schedule and working to a critical path. He was also responsible for assigning an optimum price margin to the product. He had to ensure that the products were up to specifications. He made sure that the products are manufactured on time and also had to take care of optimizing cost of components and procedures.

Another component called risk management was also Tim's responsibility. He was also responsible for product management lifecycle function and dealt with planning, forecasting, and production, or marketing of a product or products. These steps were included in all the stages of product lifecycle. Tim has very good experience in making forecasts and evaluating financial risks. Tim is also well versed with identification of procedures to prevent or minimize their impact. Tim developed several strategies to manage risks that emerge out of uncertainty but leave long lasting negative impact. Tim's strategies included avoiding threat, reducing the negative effects of the probability of risk and partial or complete transfer of threat to another party. Tim was responsible to identify the risks and categorize the risks according to the vulnerability of critical assets to those risks or threats. Tim was also responsible to determine the consequences of those risks to the company assets. He was responsible to prioritize risk reduction measures. Tim has great expertise in selecting the most appropriate controls to measure each risk. Apart from work, Tim regularly posts several interesting articles on various topics to bring in a positive change in the society.
