Comcast business Class are Contract Scammers Beware

ATLANTA, GA - Those who rely on the internet and who are unaware of the atrocities levied by the domains need to be aware of what they are being charged for. Most domain providers loot customers by signing them up for services which are not clarified with the customer. Even without any consent from the customer, they are being bombarded with adages on their internet accounts which leave a pretty unfavorable feeling.

Comcast which is one of the most recognized and well sought domain providers has created a similar experience for Business class users. The service that is once quite dependable has now become a hub for looting through the contract they attach to the user. Even after the customer must have been extremely loyal to the provider and ensured continued business, signing them for a continued contract without any intimation is definitely not acceptable.

As a customer, in spite of having many options the reason a particular service is chosen is because of the incredible support and services that are extended from any provider. Signing up a customer for a three year contract without explaining or declaring the same is clearly betraying the customers trust. Comcast sends a welcome note to those who switch to business class and requests for an esginature through a personalized email. Once the customer approves it thinking it is for validation, they would end up being in contract for three years with Comcast.

Even when the customer help desk is approached hoping that this is a mishap the kind of response that is extended makes the customer feel as if their being loyal to the service is not a matter of concern. Being a recognized service provider and obsessed only to make money is quite a disappointment. This is a warning signal to all those Comcast users to be aware of the services that are extended by the service provider.
