Sean McVay began a long-term fitness strategy to improve his health and his physique. For the first year he made vital changes to his diet as well as added a variety of exercise to his plan. Still this was not really sufficient.

Sean McVay is happy to announce that he has added a weight lifting routine to his fitness strategy. He recently began this undertaking to improve his health and to test how effective certain exercises and foods are for his personal health and weight loss goals.

Based on the advice of his trainer, Sean McVay realized that there was more that he should be doing to improve his physique as part of his overall fitness strategy. He has currently been consuming more fresh fruits and vegetables in addition to cutting out unhealthy foods. One of the biggest changes he made to his diet was cutting out sodas and other processed drinks.

The addition of weight lifting to his fitness strategy will add many benefits for Sean McVay. First of all, weight lifting is the best way to stimulate muscle growth in a body. This muscle growth in turn promotes more calorie usage by the body. Stress is reduced from the energy exertion and this reduction in stress leads to a variety of other health benefits.

Furthermore, weight lifting has been proven to help the body build stronger bones. When Sean McVay and any other person uses weights, the bones in the body bend and move very slightly. This micro-bending signals the body to promote stronger bones throughout the body. Weight lifting is a way to stimulate bone growth and combined with the healthy diet Sean McVay is already consuming, can do a lot to improve his skeletal and muscular health.

Asked about his new weight lifting plan, Sean McVay stated, "I'm really excited to try weight lifting again. When I was younger I used to do it, but I never had a trainer or very skilled people working with me and helping me. I'm curious to see what kind of results I get from the weights."
