FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

A clean, safe and healthy environment is much needed for children to grow up. Keeping that in mind, Aozora-Hoiku Takenoko NPO launched campaign to facilitate the kids of different areas of Fukushima where radiation levels are called "tolerable" for living. With the goal of raising $ 50,000 AUD, the NPO wants to help the kids of the areas that became unsafe after the Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear of March, 2011. Even though many areas were evacuated after the nuclear disaster, many more still remained in different areas of the prefecture with tolerable level of radiation. Despite the government claims the radiation level to be safe, the parents still do not feel 100% safe and secure letting their children play in the outdoor especially not in nature.

One can donate any amount of money for this noble cause. People like Sharon Hollas, James Brown have already taken up the initiative to support this great cause. $205 AUD has already been raised from this campaign and the more the word spreads, more is the probability that these children will be ensured a healthy environs to live in.

Aozora-Hoiku Takenoko NPO brings these children from 2 years old and up each day to their kindergarten facility in the gorgeous mountainous area of Yamagata that is located 50 km away from North-West of Fukushima city. The children at Takenoko Kindergarten spend their day outside exploring and growing in the lap of the nature. The safety and health of the children are ensured here. The children are often found playing in streams, running through a field, hiking up a mountain, scavenger hunting in the woods, sledding down a hill, planting and picking vegetables and even throwing outdoor festivals. Aozora-Hoiku Takenoko NPO looks for support in order to be able to keep the smile of these children intact in the nature of the lap.
