The desire to learn is something that never ceased for Phil Walnock. Most people would have been satisfied after earning at BA in Sociology from Stroudsburg University, but not Phil Walnock. The world of management appealed to Phil Walnock, and he took that interest and made it a reality. After nearly a decade of finishing school, Phil Walnock decided to go back and pursue his passion for management at the Stevens University of Technology. Phil Walnock is proud to announce that as of Saturday he was the recipient of a Master’s Degree in Management. “Going back to school for management is one of the best decisions I could have ever made for both myself and my family. I am excited about the prospect of the future with my new degree in-hand.” Phil Walnock plans to continue his education by working towards an Executive Certificate in Entrepreneurship through Lehigh University. He graduated in 2007 and was extremely proud and happy with his achievement.

Phil Walnock was motivated to go back and pursue a degree in management by his wife and two children. “Family is important to me and everything that I do is for them.” Phil’s Walnock’s wife could see that he was unhappy in his current job situation and knew that he was truly passionate about business and management. She encouraged Phil Walnock that it wasn’t too late to chase his dreams and he took her advice and followed it. Phil Walnock feels that he will be a better father, husband and employee now that he is doing something that he genuinely enjoys. Phil Walnock’s family is proud of how far he has come in such a short amount of time, and looks forward to a bright future.

Phil Walnock has proven that he is a man of motivation and many talents. Phil Walnock’s experiences include construction management, project management and contract management in electrical transmission, electrical distribution, fiber optics and telecommunications. It is apparent that Phil Walnock is well versed in the area of management and the electrical field, and will further his wide array of experience in the future.
