From a very young age, Tony Arterburn knew that he wanted to serve his country in whatever way he could. In fact, Tony Arterburn felt so convinced that his calling was to serve the people of the United States that he joined the United States Army immediately following his graduation from Rockwall High School.

Tony Arterburn served his country honorably from 1999 until 2004. During his time in the United States Army, Tony Arterburn served in Kosovo, Afghanistan and Iraq. Following his return from service, Tony Arterburn began working in his community as a Christian leader and protector of rights.

These days, Tony Arterburn is busy hosting a talk radio show and running for the United States House of Representatives. Tony Arterburn recently sat down to discuss his candidacy with members of the press:

“I have always felt called to serve my country in whatever way I possibly can. For a long time, that calling led me to serve in the United States Armed Forces. Although I am incredibly proud of the time I spent in the Army, I have realized that my country needs me now more in Washington than it does in Iraq.”

Tony Arterburn has never been one to shy away from discussing the difficult issues that face the United States. Tony Arterburn said of these issues:

“Clearly, the United States of America has a tough road ahead of us. Between unconstitutional wars, the frightening effects of a government that has grown too big for the wellbeing of the people, and the constant war waged against human life, our nation needs help. I am running for the United States House of Representatives because I know that – at its very core – the United States is a Christian Nation that must be shown the way back to its true destiny.”

Tony Arterburn is quick to say that he believes he knows what the people of the fourth district of Texas need from a representative and that he is the most qualified to do it. Tony Arterburn says that he is “excited” for the election and that he “knows that the people of Texas will vote for the candidate that knows and respects their needs.”
