Ralph Scozzafava is a successful and professional Chief Executive Officer with extensive experience in building businesses, leading people and winning in the marketplace.

Ralph Scozzafava got where he is today by dint of hard work and experience. He received his Bachelor in Marketing degree from the University of the Pacific in 1982 and his Masters of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Rhode Island four years later. Ralph Scozzafava completed the Executive Program at Cornell University, and in 2004 enrolled in the Kellogg Management Institute Graduate Program at Northwestern University.

Much of Ralph Scozzafava’s continuing education was undertaken even as held high leadership positions in major corporations. He attended Northwestern’s Kellogg Management Institute Graduate Program while serving as the Vice President for Worldwide Commercial Operations at the Wm. Wrigley, Jr. Company. At Wrigley Ralph Scozzafava was accountable for the company’s entire $5.2 Billion business, including all Regions (the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, Asia and India) and key functions with business units in 180 countries and over 8,000 associates globally.

Also at Wrigley, Ralph Scozzafava was the Corporate Officer reporting to the Chairman and CEO and member of a six person Executive Leadership Team. He led the Worldwide Commercial Leadership Team and served on the Corporate Strategic Planning Team and Merger & Acquisition Committee.

Ralph Scozzafava had a successful career as an amateur athlete. He was a Connecticut High School All-State player in basketball and was inducted to the Immaculate High School Sports Hall of Fame in Danbury, Connecticut. Later he played on the University of the Pacific basketball team.

During his professional life, Ralph Scozzafava has enjoyed long and fruitful associations with various worthy causes. He is the former Director of the Heartland Alliance Board of Directors, and the former Director and Chairman of the Board of Keep America Beautiful. He is a contributor to the United Way Toqueville Society He currently serves as the director of the Saint Louis YMCA.

Most recently Ralph Scozzafava served as the CEO and Chairman of the Board for Furniture Brands International, a position he held for over six years. During that time successfully restructured the company, culminating in a go-private transaction with KPS Capital in late 2013. The restructuring involved creating a corporate strategy and turnaround plan that sustained Furniture Brands through a global financial crisis.
