Raj Salgam has over two decades of IT experience in leading-edge sales, business development, implementation, deployment and marketing of Call Center Automation and Unified Communications solutions.

Raj Salgam’s professional career began at AT&T Bell Labs in the inbound/outbound voice solutions group. He worked at Bell Lab locations for a total of seven years.
During the past twenty years, Raj Salgam has established himself as a Serial Entrepreneur with expertise in modernization of Contact Centers. His first venture as an entrepreneur came in 1994, when he co-founded a startup called Db-Tech, Inc. Raj Salgam was closely involved with all aspects of Db-Tech product business, consultancy services, marketing and sales. Db-Tech has since been renamed WebSci Technologies.

In 2001, Raj Salgam co-founded LeadingC. Leading C provided services and products in the call center self-service automation domain. Raj Salgam developed key partnerships with major platform vendors such as Avaya, IBM, Cisco, Oracle, Microsoft and SAP. The partnership with Avaya has provided Raj Salgam with widespread recognition in the Call center arena, and he is well recognized by the Avaya Partners in the Contact Centers business.

LeadingC was sold to Assyst in October 2009. Assyst is a global CMMI level 3 information technology solutions provider with a track record of successfully delivering end-to-end IT services to Federal, State and Local Governments and Fortune 500 companies.

As a certified Unified Communications Architect, Raj Salgam joined Assyst as Senior Vice President Unified Communications.. During 2013, Raj Salgam provided consulting services to Compro Technologies as North America Senior VP for Compro’s Salesforce.com Cloud CRM business development activities.

Between co-founding Db-Tech, Inc. and LeadingC, Raj served as CEO of eComServer. He was closely involved in the management, venture capital funding, and recruitment of key personnel. Raj Salgam helped grow eComServer from startup to $18 million in revenues in three short years. Raj Salgam created direct client relationships with many large customers, including AT&T, AstraZeneca, BNY Mellon, MetLife, Hershey and CreditOne.

Raj Salgam holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Villanova University. He currently lives in Princeton, New Jersey with his wife and two adult children.
