Michael Padova embarked on a new career element in 2012 when he became the CEO of Barefoot Property Management. Michael Padova says he is very excited about the potential the new position brings with it. “Running my own business has always been something of a dream for me. I know that there will be challenges, but I welcome the opportunity to work hard and make a name for myself in this industry,” Michael Padova said.

Michael Padova is optimistic about the effect he can have on people's lives through his new position. Michael Padova hopes that he will help provide peace of mind to landlords as they turn over the maintenance and management of their holdings to his firm. “My goal is to provide property owners with great service, so that they can rest easy knowing that their investments are in good hands,” Michael Padova explained. Additionally, Michael Padova sees Barefoot Property Management as a way to provide landlords with space between themselves and clingy tenants. Michael Padova explained, saying, “I know that in some cases, the tenants are always hounding the landlords about one thing or another, always complaining about their neighbors or the nightclub down the street. My role is to act as a go-between so the landlord can have some rest from the constant needs of property ownership.” As Michael Padova works to fill this role, he will quickly endear himself to the legions of property owners in the area and become an integral part of the property management industry.
