She focused on sales of collection and direct marketing, expanding corporate revenues by developing new sales channels and improving sales tracking. During her time at the Magazine Collection Bureau, Kristin Lund of Naples, FL realized she needed to begin improving upon her education and networking.

As Vice President of Praise and Leadership schools, Kristin Lund of Naples, FL improved her management and training skills immensely. She made publications in International Who's Who of Professionals in 1996 and in Wealth in a Decade in 1995. During her work with Lund Capital group, Kristin Lund of Naples, FL enrolled in a Master's program at NYU and was also Editor-in-Chief for the REI NYU student publication in 2006 and 2007 after leaving Lund Capital.

While earning her Master's degree, Kristin Lund of Naples, FL started her own business, KNL, LLC. In 2011 she started her second business, Smart Health Resources (known as SHUR Wellness). Aiding her in her small business endeavors were the organizations and associations she belonged to. These were: the National Association for the Education of Young Children, the National Association of Child Care Professionals, as well as the Miracles on the March organization, and MicroSociety, Inc. as a board member.
