Eslam Ayoub, the owner and President of his own engineering firm, will soon celebrate 10 years of success in the structural engineering industry. Through years of high quality education, training, talent and experience, Eslam Ayoub has managed to transform what was once a fledgling engineering start-up into a virtual behemoth of industry success.

Eslam Ayoub first entered the professional engineering community over 20 years ago. A graduate of both the University of Texas at Austin and the University of California at Berkeley, Fring received some of the best engineering training and education in the country, learning and developing not only advanced engineering skill, but also realizing his talent for design, particularly in the field of suspension bridge design. It was soon after his graduation from the Berkeley Engineering Master’s program that Eslam Ayoub signed on with the Engineers Without Borders program. His five year stint in the well-known humanitarian organization provided him the opportunity to design some of the best and most sustainable bridges in the world, and to provide struggling international populations with access to some of the best engineering minds of his generation.

Eslam Ayoub took away a lot from his experience with Engineers Without Borders, capitalizing on the education and training he received to join the a professional engineering firm. For five years, Eslam Ayoub provided his new company with innovative engineering designs produced under tight and strenuous deadlines, and soon became a stand-out engineer for both the company and the industry. With limited financial resources and the help of a solitary business partner, Eslam Ayoub took a chance, opening the doors to his new firm in August of 2004. Since that time, Eslam Ayoub has overseen and managed one of the most innovative and trusted engineering service companies in the state of Texas.

As the ten year anniversary of his company soon approaches, Eslam Ayoub can’t help but look back fondly on what has been an extensive, fulfilling and now prosperous engineering career.
