Akinji Donaldson has led an exciting life. From his career as a very successful semi-professional shortstop to being the owner of a large scale events company, Akinji Donaldson knows what it is like to lead a fast-paced, action-packed life. These days, however, life has slowed down for Akinji Donaldson. Currently, Akinji Donaldson is a full-time father to his young son, Kimani.

Akinji Donaldson says that he knew when his son was very young that his life goal would be to protect him in whatever way he possibly could. For that reason, Akinji Donaldson made the decision to seek majority custody of his son, Kimani.

“It was a ‘no brainer’ for me,” Akinji Donaldson recently told members of the press. “After having my son, I knew that whatever else that was going on in my life did not matter nearly as much as being the right role model for my son, Kimani. For that reason, I knew that I had to do whatever it took to gain majority custody so that I could throw myself into being a fantastic father and positive male influence for my son.”

Akinji Donaldson says that he is often asked if he misses the fast-paced lifestyle that he had before his son Kimani was born. Akinji Donaldson is always quick to say that he has no regrets.

“Certainly, I had a lot of fun in my life before,” Akinji Donaldson recently said to members of the press. “I greatly enjoyed the opportunities and experiences that I had as a semi-professional baseball player and large scale events company owner. However, I’m confident in the work I am doing as a full-time father and positive male role model for my son. So no, I do not miss the life I used to lead, but I do know that those experiences that I had then have greatly influenced my life now as a full-time father.”

Akinji Donaldson says that he hopes the experiences that he has had as a full-time father will influence others in his community to be more positive male role models for the children in the community.
