Paul Sinclair-eckett Announces 6 Year Anniversary With Airbus

Paul Sinclair-eckett has been working for Airbus for over 6 years. He is currently working as the Head of Assembly Automation for the A350 Airbus project. He started with Airbus in 2006 & has worked his way up to his current position over the years.

 
Portishead, Bristol, England - Paul Sinclair-eckett is proud to announce that his six year anniversary with the Airbus Corporation occurred this year. He joined the Airbus team in 2006. He was thrilled for the opportunity to work for Airbus and has been very happy he made the decision to work for such a prestigious company six years ago.

Airbus is one of the world's premier aerospace companies. Currently it is owned by EADS, a pan-European aerospace and defense company serving the interests of Europe and its partners. Airbus currently manufactures about half the jet airplanes in the world. They have locations throughout the globe and are responsible for employing around 63,000 people in multiple countries. The company currently provides the first fly-by-wire commercial aircraft as well as the largest airliner on the market, the A380.

Paul Sinclair-eckett began his work with Airbus as a composites design and manufacturing engineer at their offices in the UK. There he worked with CAD software such as Catia V5 to work on design conception for the initial stages of Airbus' new flagship airliner the A350. He worked with a small team based in Toulouse which required frequent travel to the city.

Over the past six years, Paul Sinclair-eckett has worked in multiple function with Airbus. After working with composite design and engineering he moved into technical and procurement work for the A350 project. He was responsible for evaluating and acquiring technology solutions for production of the A350.

Not long after that Paul Sinclair-eckett became the Head of Assembly Automation for the A350 in 2008. Using his leadership experience, design and engineering experience, and his project management skills, he is responsible for ensuring the technology solutions required by Airbus succeed and are within business requirements. Asked about his current position, Paul Sinclair-eckett replied, "I feel like I'm in a great position with Airbus right now. The work is challenging but very rewarding at the same time."
