The Environmental Hygienists Association has introduced online certified mold inspector and certified mold remediator training and certification for general contractors, plumbing contractors, heating & air conditioning contractors.

Montrose, MI, January 14, 2015 -- The Environmental Hygienists Association (E.H.A.) announces that it is now providing online certified mold inspector and certified mold remediator training and certification for general contractors, plumbing contractors, heating & air conditioning contractors, remodeling contractors, home builders, and water and fire damage restoration companies so that the contractors can effectively find and get rid of toxic mold growth in their customers’ homes, workplaces, and commercial buildings.

“Finding and removing toxic mold infestation, whether visible or hidden inside walls, ceilings, floors, attics, basements, crawl spaces, and heating/cooling equipment and ducts is a major necessity for contractors who want to solve their own project mold problems without hiring expensive mold professionals,” notes Phillip Fry, training director for the E.H.A. and its training websites www.ecology-college.com and www.moldknowledge.com.

“Online distance training usually takes only about two weeks of full-time study for a typical student to master mold inspection and removal, and then pass the certification exam,” advises Fry. Mr. Fry and his fellow hygienist, wife Divine Fry, are also willing to travel to conduct in depth, 3 day mold training and certification seminar for contractors and builders that have several to many associates who need mold training and certification.

E.H.A. and its Ecology College emphasize high tech environmental tools and solutions, such as fiber optics video inspection inside building surfaces and areas, infrared thermal camera inspection for water leaks and water damage, the United Kingdom’s best moisture meter, high output ozone gas to kill both toxic mold and germs and odors, the fogging of a special enzyme that destroys the cellular structure of mold spores, mold colonies, bacteria, and viruses, and comprehensive and innovative mold testing of building surfaces, room air, and the outward air flow out of heating/cooling air duct registers.

Mr. Fry’s training credentials include his being a Professional Industrial Hygienist, Certified Environmental Hygienist, Certified Mold Inspector, Certified Mold Remediator, Certified Environmental Inspector, Certified Remediation Specialist, Certified Building Decontamination Specialist, and Certified Duct Cleaning Specialist.

Fry has authored five books on mold, all of which are part of the E.H.A. training curriculum. Fry has been webmaster since 1999 of the mould education website www.moldinspector.com. Earlier in his career, Fry worked for the U.S. Government’s National Institute of Health (U.S. Public Health Service) and he was a hospital and medical center administrator.

Fry and his wife Divine Fry have personally done mold inspection, testing, removal, and prevention in residences, factories, and offices in the USA, China, Hong Kong, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, and the Philippines.

The Frys’ training certifications, list of clients, and client testimonials are posted on the website www.moldexpertconsultants.com.
