Pointcorp has achieved unparalleled success in land development, particularly in residential projects, such as premier apartments in Brisbane.

One of their first projects is Sephora, a representation of the group’s commitment to quality. It is located in an unrepeatable location in one of Brisbane's most iconic streets. The project enjoyed unprecedented popularity and sold 16 out of 20 units in the first week.

Another prime project that Pointcorp is truly proud of is Springbank Urban Village, a 3 Stage, 202 Apartment complex set on a 3.7-hectare site located in the Elite Fairfield Waters master planned community. This was followed by Stage 2, Springbank Urban Village, which was completed in early 2014. It features 1 and 2 bedroom residential apartments and is located in the rapidly expanding suburb of Idalia, Townsville. The project was strategically positioned to take advantage of its close proximity to amenities and population hubs.

Among Pointcorp’s current projects is Vida. The $100 million development project at West End provides the only public access from Buchanan St. to the Brisbane River, with an architecturally designed 43m green spine with a canopy that mimics a butterfly floating through trees. It features 144 apartments across two 12-level riverfront buildings.

One of its main attractions is the green spine between the two buildings, which has been designed to create a sense of vibrancy. Compared to other projects, this one has more open spaces that give everyone spectacular views of the Brisbane Rive
