Paul Fisichella enjoys being involved in his community and coaching Little League for his sons.

There are many things of which Paul Fisichella can be proud. He has a very robust career in the restaurant industry, including being a former managing partner at celebrity chef Rick Moonen's RM Seafood. He is also currently the vice president of Lev Restaurant Group, which requires a lot of his attention and time. However, Paul Fisichella says that it is not necessarily his professional life that is the most important thing to him, no matter that he has experienced a high level of success.

Paul Fisichella is very dedicated to his family, and he is the proud father of two young sons. To this end, he makes a point of being involved with them and is happy to be the Little League coach of their baseball team. This is quite a time commitment on the part of Paul Fisichella, but he is happy to do it.

"I love to coach Little League," Paul Fisichella admits. "Not only is it a great opportunity to spend time with my sons, but it also allows me to be outside and provide a positive role model to a lot of younger individuals. It allows me to showcase my knowledge of baseball, too, which is always enjoyable!"

Coaching is definitely an investment of time and energy. However, Paul Fisichella is pleased to do so, and enjoys spending the time with his sons. "Coaching also requires a lot of thought," Paul Fisichella says. "Many people think that playing with younger individuals means that the level of thought that goes into the strategy is lower, but nothing could be further from the case! Little League can get very competitive for the coaches as well as the players - everybody wants to win!"

However, winning is not the most important part of the game, and Paul Fisichella is careful to impart this onto his players as well. "While everybody wants to win, it's not really the crux of the pleasure that is sport," Paul Fisichella says. "It's also important to gain a true love for the game and an understanding of sportsmanship, whether win or lose."

Paul Fisichella plans to continue to coach Little League for some time. He finds it a great relaxation technique from his busy lifestyle, and he also enjoys spending time with his sons. He hopes that he will get to watch them grow to be incredible baseball players under his tutelage.
