Olof Marcus Kangro offers a myriad of expertise to the clients he works with at AlfaPeople. For more than three years he has been working with customers worldwide providing extensive knowledge and input on setting up ERP systems.

“My company focuses on retail customers around the world for Microsoft Dynamics AX implementation,” said Kangro. “As an expert in AX financial modules, I am the one to set those up and help the customers with their financial needs and requirements.”

Clients working with Olof Marcus Kangroon implementations will come to rely on his excellent skills in performing gap analysis, preparing business requirement documents, functional documents, use cases and test cases. His comprehensive knowledge of all modules of Microsoft Dynamics, and the financial module in particular, are expertly shared when he conducts training for users.

Prior to working with AlfaPeople, Kangro worked as a financial advisor in his native Sweden. “As a former financial advisor, I have excellent skills in relationship management. I am a very good listener and problem solver. Most important for a consultant to be successful, is to build a trust with the customer and to provide solutions that benefit the customer in both a financial and operational way,” he says.

Developing trust continues to be an important aspect of Kangro’s work as he leads companies through time consuming and detailed CRM implementations. He also aims to create value for the customers as a consultant, “We implement AX as their ERP system and bring all their businesses into one platform for better control and visibility. That is how I create value for the customer.”

Kangro’s commitment to customers was also at the forefront when he worked with Swedbank AB in Sweden. For five years he worked as an international finance professional, managing and evaluating the financial portfolios of more than 300 clients. For three consecutive years he was among the top three employees in product sales.

Olof Marcus Kangro is a graduate of Lund University in his native Sweden, earning both a Bachelors and Masters of Science in Strategic Management. He began his career in the United States in 2010.
