We are pleased to announce that Helen Perakis, M.D. has joined the offices of Dr. Fiorillo. Doctor Perakis comes with an accomplished background, a wealth of talents, and adds diversity to the perspectives and experiences of our cosmetic surgery team.

Dr. Perakis joins the practice of Dr. Fiorillo to expand upon our success of providing cosmetic and plastic surgery to thousands of patients in the New York and New Jersey area. Dr. Perakis comes highly recommended from her position as attending physician at Cooley Dickinson Hospital in Northampton, Massachusetts and her time spent in residency at the University of Minnesota where she specialized in plastic and reconstructive surgery, and Georgia Regent University where she spent five years doing impressive work in the field of head and neck surgery.

“We have always strived to meet the growing and ever-changing needs of our patients, but would never compromise the quality of our services. We saw the need to add another full-time surgeon with the same level of talent and care our patients have come to expect, but it wasn’t easy. After a lengthy search, we are happy to announce we finally have.” Dr. Fiorillo said about the recent addition.

Dr. Perakis is board certified in Plastic Surgery by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and Otolaryngology by the American Board of Otolaryngology. She earned her medical degree from Boston University School of Medicine. Dr. Perakis completed her residency in Otolaryngology at Georgia Regents University and in Plastic Surgery at the University of Minnesota. She also has Neurosurgical experience from Regions Hospital in St. Paul, Minnesota.
