As a former member of the Development Team of Science and Technology, Akash Rose has contributed a lot of his skill to help developing countries get stronger. His work includes being a consultant technologist in technology design projects of Indian Government.

But, his actual passion was in photography, digital imaging, and creativity. After his several achievements, he dedicated his maximum time in pursuing his dream, and it was then he decided to form NICC. “Art, creativity, and communication are the base for most of the global organizations. This was when I decided to train and educate academicians in NICC to execute creativity in a designer pattern. And I am glad to see the results. Consecutively for the past 5 years, 80% of my students got placement outside India with a good package. This is the best achievement for me”, Dr. Akash Kumar Rose, Director, NICC.

Tallying the data of placement and package in Indian Market, there are not many job opportunities. Most of the significant companies are foreign establishments. The difference between the pay packages of Indian Companies and Foreign companies is on an average of 40% to 42%, which is huge.

Considering this, NICC has made affiliations with the best of the establishments. To name few of their establishments are: ELIA - European League of Institutes of the Arts, ICSID - International Council of Societies of Industrial Design, Canon India, Confederation of Indian Industry and TATA Elxsi.
