Cairo – Radisson Blu Hotel, Cairo Heliopolis has won the best Medallia score in 2013 among all the other Radisson Blu Hotels in Middle East and & Sub Saharan Africa.

 
This makes it number one network promoter score among its total network and the whole region, with a score of 89.53%.

After the guests’ departure; they receive an e-mail survey to answer, rating the overall hotel and their satisfaction toward its service. Moreover, their feedbacks are instantly sent to the Medallia System where answers are translated to statistics that are automatically updated comparing to network and region’s hotels. The Medallia System is responsible for highlighting each Hotel’s efficiency with total transparency as well as honoring for those hotels that deserve.
