Sedona, September 2013 - The Hike House continues to offer its visitors free hiking clinics in Sedona. The hiking clinic prepares hikers, regulars and first-timers alike, for the demands of hiking expeditions.
Those who attend the clinic will learn some proper trail techniques and trail etiquette. Attendees will also be taught on how to select the best hiking trail and how to access the most beautiful places in Sedona. They will also learn how to avoid getting lost when hiking and discover ways to connect with nature and not simply trek through a trail. The free Sedona hiking clinic takes place every Wednesday at 9.00am. Classes are conducted at the Hike House Energy café patio.
