Joshua Kerrigan, of Florida and Yacht Management, recently added a full time diver to his roster of employees. With the business growing and the clients become greater, Joshua Kerrigan saw the need to have their own full time diver on board to service and clean the bottoms of the ships. In order to fully service and satisfy client’s yachts and ships, Joshua Kerrigan saw that they needed to hire someone to work for them full time instead of having to hire divers from other companies. With this move, Joshua Kerrigan has saved his company money.

When your business expands, you have to be ready to expand with it. Having a growing clientele roster means that you now have more responsibility, which in turn means you probably need more employees. Joshua Kerrigan recently signed a new management deal between Yacht Management and the newest marina being built in south Florida. With this contract, Yacht Management and Joshua Kerrigan gained 25 ships into their care. Now, Yacht Management is up to 25 full time staff employees, they just purchased a second company van, and also had the addition of the aforementioned full time diver.

“We saw our business and client list growing, so we knew we had to hire more people on board. With more ships to take care of, we needed more manpower,” Joshua Kerrigan said about hiring more employees. “We definitely weren’t going to turn down any customers based on not having enough employees to handle their business. We welcomed all the new business that came in with open arms.”

Now that Yacht Management is growing and doing well for itself, Joshua Kerrigan is looking towards the future and more growth. “We saw how quickly we needed more employees to deal with our growing business, and we learned what ways we can make this growth smoother in the future,” Joshua Kerrigan stated. With the new employee staff, including the new full time diver, you can be sure that Joshua Kerrigan and Yacht Management are ready to take responsibility of their new customers business, while also looking forward to gaining more clients.
