The sad truth about these plans is that in most of the cases they are in applicable or you have to take care of lots of things if you wanted result out of it. The catch is that the guidebook would be completely useless. People would not have even iota of knowledge on how to use the materials they would have in their hand, and even if they were able to assemble it, no useful output would be obtained.
The reason was another trick that the mass was unaware of. While using such external energy sources, you were only supposed to use certain appliances and the ones which put on heavy load like room heaters; water heaters etc should never be operated. A normal human being would not know it at all. Moreover the energy cells were useless to, because you could not recharge them and every time you were supposed to spend money on new batteries.
The fact that the scam is carried out in a very much organized manner and people are not at all concerned about doing any back ground check makes such scams related to homemade energy successful. That is the reason one is always required to check about the authenticity and credibility of a product before ordering them online.
