17th January 2012 - Most of you must have heard about Home Made Energy but do not give it a serious thought just because you lack sufficient knowledge about them. It is essential for you to be little serious about utilization of renewable sources of energy if you are a nature conservationist and cannot bear to see your environment in great danger. It is presumed that if air pollution is not controlled it might lead to a havoc making it so filthy that would prevent the survival of mankind and other organisms in it.
The greatest threat to environment is the fumes emitted from vehicles which are said to contain traces of lead particles which are known for their toxic nature. Some of them even cause depletion in the ozone layer which serves the function of protecting organisms from the harmful ultraviolet rays of the sun’s energy. It is believed that these rays are so dangerous that they may lead to skin cancer and other fatal diseases.
Scientists believe that a minute hole in the ozone layer has already been caused due to the rising toxicity in the environment. If it continues to rise at the same pace, then very soon a time may come when the hole will be sufficient enough to enable the harmful rays fall directly on the earth’s surface. It would cause great danger to the life of all including, animals, humans and vegetation.
Many electrical appliances that run on non-renewable sources of energy also release fumes that are very toxic in nature. So, one hand we see that that these gifts of science are beneficial and on the other side, these gifts are causing threat to our own life. The increased level of carbon dioxide in the environment is causing global warming which is causing great fluctuation in the sea level.
The best way to control this is to start using a source of energy which relieves us of all these associated risks and simultaneously give us the same comfort for which they were invented. It is possible only through a concern about the atmosphere and utilization of homemade energy.
