To take advantage of these opportunities, one must receive the proper training. Airlines must ensure ALL pilots are properly qualified before placing them in the cockpit. The increased demand means more pilots and aviation personnel will be hired, but all must have the required qualifications.

HM Aviation has an excellent training program allowing aspiring pilots to take advantage of the current hiring boom. The process starts with the career councilors who are all very knowledgeable on the aviation industry, hiring trends, best flying schools and what the airlines are looking for. HM Aviation is involved with both pilot and non-pilot career training in aviation.

HM Aviation will assist the student in selecting a flight school and country which is best for them. Canada, the United States, New Zealand and South Africa are popular locations students train with HM Aviation. These countries generally have higher training standards than Asia, and internationally recognized licenses. Training abroad not only provides the best possible flight training, but allows the student to make new contacts and forge new friendships.

The HM Aviation Cadet Program takes the student from 0 hours and prepares them to enter the industry as a professional pilot. The course includes the private and commercial pilot license as well as the night, multi-engine and instrument ratings. The entire program takes approximately 18 months, including the training in India before and after the flight training. The actual length will vary from student to student. The student must be 17+ years of age, and possess a Class 1 Aviation Medical to enter the program. An HM Aviation psychometric examination and interview are also required. The flight training portion lasts approximately 9 months.

After the completion of flight training, 45 days of classes for the DGCA are taken. The student undergoes 3 months airline preparation training as the final step. The student will be prepared for the airline selection process which involves interviews, aptitude, simulator, and psychometric tests.

There is no other program which better prepares a student for a career as an airline pilot. Graduates of the program have thoroughly enjoyed it, and said it helped build their career in ways they could not imagine. Airlines have been very impressed with HM Aviation graduates, and seek them out as a result. The HM Aviation pilot training program trains students for one of the most exciting careers in the world.
