It seems Global Test Market is finally being called out. For years the buggy site has robbed members of thousands of points, which converts to thousands of dollars. Their customer service is basically non-existent and they make it very hard for you to find anyone to speak to. One member had enough.

After confronting them on social media and finding out many members were being scammed out of a significant amount of money, the woman sent Lightspeed, LLC a notice. Global Test Market then locked the single mom out of her account and kept all of her points. Lightspeed, LLC then responded by hiring Jennifer Klausner of Davis & Gilbert LLP to threaten the single mom with a counterclaim for trying to collect money she was owed.

Lightspeed, LLC and Global Test Market have reached a new low. A class action lawsuit is being mounted against them and the Plaintiff hopes the court will approve an injunction against Global Test Market and Lightspeed until the actual damages can be assessed.
