The forum will consist of half-day of sessions along with networking that will be focussing on promoting the importance of diversity which fits in with Norton Global’s philosophy of balanced diversified portfolios. The forum is aimed at the asset management sector and discussions will be held on ways of backing and encouraging it. The forum grew out of their Women in Asset Management conference.
The events sponsors will be welcoming Mellody Hobson, the President of Ariel Investments who will be giving the keynote address at the event. Mellody has become a nationally recognized voice on financial literacy and investor education.  In 2015, she was named to Time magazine’s annual list of the one hundred most influential people in the world.
