Signs of Your Pregnancy

Pregnancy always comes by giving you some signs. However, sometimes, the couple do not know very well about pregnancy symptoms. Sometimes they will confuse between pregnancy symptoms and menstruation symptoms.

 
Many women will confused about their pregnancy, especially during one to two weeks after havig sex with their partner. What about you? In fact, no need to confuse about pregnancy. Pregnancy always comes by giving you some signs. However, sometimes, the couple do not know very well about pregnancy symptoms. Sometimes they will confuse between pregnancy symptoms and menstruation symptoms and anorexia and bulimia symptoms.

Yes, in many cases, the signs of pregnancy are similar to the symptoms of menstruation. That confusion is able in causing some cases of miscarriage (miscarriage). So to overcome some unwannted incident, you need to make sure whether you face pregnancy symptoms or not. Here are some signs of pregnancy:

1. Painful breasts
When you are pregnant, your breasts will feel some pain, especially when you use bra or hold your breasts. Production of some hormone during your pregnancy, especially progesterone and estrogen, is the cause of that pain. Therefore, pregnant women are suggested to use a cushioned bra to comfort them as they move.

2. Exsessive fatigue
It is caused by some hormonal changes in your body. It is also the result of your vital organs performance in assisting the fetal growth. This fatigue usually only happens due to weeks one to six and will disappear during the next weeks.

3. Morning sickness
Morning sickness is a familiar sign of getting pregnant. Morning sickness is a special term refers to the nausea and spew in the morning since that is the time when pregnant women usually face them. The cause of morning sickness is a sudden increase of hormone in your blood. However, morning sickness usually occurs only during the first six weeks of your pregnancy. You are suggested to consult the doctor if you still face nausea after the first trisemester.

4. Frequent urination
Facing an unusual urination is another symptoms of pregnancy. The reason of why you have to face this unusual urination (you will urinate frequently) is because your body is producing more fluids to keep your baby’s health. Facing frequent urination, you are suggested drinking more water to avoid dehidration.

5. Headache
It might sound strange. Yes, because those who are not pregnant might also suffered from headache. However, headache still one of pregnancy symptoms. Headache occurs because of hormonal changes in your body.

6. The advent of blood spots
One of pregnancy symptoms is the appearance of blood spots before your menstruation period. Those blood spots are sign of ovulation. Once you find blood spots on your underwear, you should suspect them the embryo implantation sign.

7. Increased body temperature
During ovulation, mother’s body temperature will rise.

Those are some of pregnancy symptoms. If you face some of them, make yourself sure whether you are pregnant or not by using test-pack or consulting the doctor.
