Terri Bauer is a professional social worker with a whole body of work and years of experience helping both juvenile offenders and victims of sexual crimes. She graduated in 1993 with a masters degree in social work from the University of Texas at Arlington. Since then she has worked at the Child Guidance of Texoma as a counselor, Director of the Juvenile Sex Offender Program at Grayson County, Clinical Supervisor at the Child and Family Guidance Centers, and has also maintained her private practice.

While in private practice, she developed the CSI program at Collin County to assist juvenile sex offenders. This program is a very successful one and well respected throughout the country as under the leadership of Terri Bauer, the program has seen a very low rate of relapse. She has also been actively involved in imparting presentations and trainings to court professionals, police officers, and probation officers on the correct way to deal with this children.

Terri’s work is recognized by her colleagues, and all those who come in contact with her appreciate her efforts to understand and help juvenile offenders with behavior problems. In 2012, Terri was appointed by Governor Perry to the Council on Sex Offender Treatment.

Terri Bauer is a LSCW and LSOTP. She is the current director of the CSI Program for Juvenile Sexual Behavior Treatment at Collin County, Texas. She has been appointed to the Council on Sex Offender Treatment by Governor Rick Perry. She served as the director of the Juvenile Sex Offender Program in Grayson County from 1995 to 2002. She also worked as a clinical supervisor with the Child and Family Guidance Centers from 1997 to 2000.
